10-Year Structural Warranty
Qualifying aluminium structures installed by AVC Build are supplied with a written 10-year structural warranty. The exact warranty coverage for the aluminium structure, motors, controls, roof materials and other components is confirmed in the quotation and project documentation.

Our aluminium structures are specified with Irish weather conditions in mind. The appropriate profile system, roof material, fixing method, drainage and foundations depend on the dimensions of the structure, the installation location and the site’s exposure.

AVC Build supplies aluminium structures throughout the Republic of Ireland. Standard delivery is free across the Republic of Ireland, and professional installation is available for qualifying projects.
Customisable and Modular Aluminium Systems
Many of the aluminium systems supplied by AVC Build are modular. This allows compatible elements to be included during the original project or, in some cases, added later after the existing structure has been checked for compatibility.

How Our Process Works
1. Initial Consultation
Send us your approximate measurements, photographs of the proposed installation area, your county and a brief description of what you would like to achieve.
We will review the information and discuss the most suitable type of structure, roof system, installation method and optional elements.
2. Project Design and Quotation
For made-to-measure projects, we prepare the proposed configuration and quotation based on the agreed requirements. An initial 3D proposal can also be prepared to help visualise the structure before the order is finalised.
3. Final Specification
Before production, the final dimensions, frame colour, roof material, wall systems, drainage, foundations, accessories and installation scope are confirmed.
4. Made-to-Measure Production
The selected aluminium systems and components are prepared to the confirmed project specification. AVC Build works with established European manufacturers and suppliers to provide systems suitable for residential and commercial aluminium structures.
5. Delivery and Installation
Once the project is ready, delivery and installation are arranged according to the agreed schedule. The site must have the required access, foundations or prepared fixing areas confirmed for the project.
6. Project Completion and Warranty
After completion, the applicable warranty information and project documentation are provided. Qualifying AVC Build-installed aluminium structures include a written 10-year structural warranty.
