Made-to-Measure Aluminium Solutions for Every Project
AVC Build is not limited to a small range of standard sizes. Every aluminium structure is made to suit the available space and practical purpose of the project—from a compact entrance canopy to a large multi-section terrace roof, carport or enclosed outdoor area for a restaurant, pub or hotel.
A structure can remain fully open, be partially protected from prevailing wind and rain, or be enclosed on selected sides using sliding glass door systems, fixed glazing, polycarbonate, aluminium panels, ZIP screens or other compatible wall systems.
Thanks to the modular system, you do not need to choose every feature at the outset. Any compatible elements can be added later—even after installation—as your requirements change. These may include side walls, glazing, doors, ZIP screens, lighting, heating, shading and other equipment.
Final dimensions, roof type, post positions, wall connection, foundations, drainage and additional equipment are confirmed individually before production. Where required, our project manager can visit the site to take accurate measurements and discuss the final details with you.

TÜV SÜD Quality and a 10-Year Warranty

The aluminium roofing systems supplied by AVC Build are sourced from established European manufacturers and are supported by the TÜV SÜD quality standards, calculations, testing and technical documentation applicable to the selected product range.
Every project is assessed for Irish conditions. The final specification considers wind exposure, rainfall, drainage, structure size, anchoring, foundations, the supporting building and whether the property is coastal, elevated or open. Relevant manufacturer calculations and test data are checked when the system is selected.
This technical preparation is reinforced by the real experience of AVC Build customers using installed structures in Irish weather throughout the year.
For qualifying structures installed by AVC Build, the client receives a written warranty certificate providing a 10-year warranty on the aluminium structure. The certificate allows the client to contact AVC Build during the warranty period. Roof coverings, glazing, motors, electrical equipment and accessories are covered under the warranty terms applicable to the selected products.
