U-Profile Post Base for Pergola and Carport Supports

This U-profile is used as a base fixing component for compatible aluminium support profiles. It is secured to a suitable prepared concrete base, after which the corresponding pergola, carport or canopy support is positioned and fixed to the U-profile as required by the structural system.

The component creates a defined connection point between the concrete foundation and the vertical support profile. It is intended for use with compatible AVC Build aluminium structures and replacement or extension projects where the correct profile size has been confirmed.

This listing is for the selected U-profile component only. Concrete anchors, bolts, support posts, sealants, foundations and installation are not included unless they are specifically stated in your order.

Available Profile Sizes

Select the U-profile version that matches the external dimensions of the support profile used in your structure.

• For 110 × 110 mm profile
• For 60 × 40 mm profile

These two versions are not interchangeable. Check the dimensions of the existing or planned support profile before ordering.

How the U-Profile Is Used

1. A suitable concrete base or structural foundation is prepared and checked.
2. The U-profile is positioned and fixed using anchors appropriate for the concrete, loads and project conditions.
3. The compatible aluminium support profile is positioned on the U-profile and secured according to the construction specification.
