High-Clearance Covered Parking for Two Vehicles
The homeowner required a substantial covered parking area capable of accommodating two vehicles. The carport also needed additional clearance so that a taller vehicle, such as a van, could be parked beneath the roof comfortably.
A wall-mounted configuration made effective use of the space beside the house. The roof connection was carefully sealed where the structure meets the external wall, helping to protect the covered area from rainwater at the junction.
The existing foundation had already been prepared before the installation. AVC Build installed the aluminium structure directly onto this suitable base, allowing the carport to be securely positioned without carrying out new foundation works.
The black aluminium frame is combined with an opaque trapezoidal sheet roof and aluminium side panels. The side enclosure provides additional shelter, while the open entrance maintains straightforward access for both cars and taller vehicles.
Integrated LED lighting improves visibility beneath the roof after dark and makes the covered area more convenient throughout the year. AVC Build completed the design, made-to-measure supply, delivery and professional installation. The finished structure is supported by a 10-year structural warranty.
