A Purpose-Built Outdoor Rest Area for Würth Employees
Würth required a dedicated outdoor space where employees could take breaks and relax with reliable protection from rain and direct sunlight. AVC Build developed a made-to-measure shelter suited to the available area at the company’s Limerick premises.
The freestanding black aluminium frame supports a clear polycarbonate roof that preserves natural daylight while helping protect the space below from rain and ultraviolet exposure. Three partially enclosed horizontal aluminium walls provide additional shelter, while the fully open entrance keeps the area accessible and well ventilated.
Installation on the Prepared Concrete Base
The concrete base was prepared before installation. The shelter posts were securely anchored through their base plates, and the project was completed without unusual access or installation difficulties. An integrated drainage system directs rainwater through the structure.
