Aluminium Smoking Shelter for Würth in Limerick

A Dedicated Covered Smoking Area for Würth Employees

Würth required a separate designated smoking area for employees at its Limerick premises. The objective was to create a compact outdoor shelter offering protection from rain, wind and direct sunlight, together with a greater degree of privacy.

AVC Build developed a freestanding black aluminium shelter with a clear polycarbonate roof. Three full-height walls made from spaced horizontal aluminium slats protect the interior while retaining airflow through the gaps. The completely open front provides straightforward access and additional natural ventilation.

Installation on an Existing Concrete Base

The concrete base had been prepared before installation. The four aluminium posts were securely anchored through their base plates, and the project was completed without unusual access or installation difficulties. The structure also incorporates the standard integrated rainwater drainage system used in AVC Build shelters.

AVC Build completed the design, made-to-measure supply, delivery and professional installation. The finished aluminium structure is supported by a 10-year structural warranty.
